ADMINISTRATION OF ESTATES
Unfortunately when a loved one passes away the matter of dealing with their estate arises. When the time is right we provide an efficient and caring service and advise all clients in relation to situations where a Will is in place and where there is no will or an Intestacy. This area of law known as Probate law is quite complex and there are a variety of tax issues to be dealt with.
We can act on your behalf in ensuring that all the regulatory requirements are met and that a relevant Grant is extracted which will allow the sale or placing of property in the particular beneficiaries name(s) and the transfer of monies or assets to beneficiaries and we will ensure that the wishes detailed in any Will are complied with.
It is of extreme importance to us that our clients are aware how long the process may take and we ensure that our clients understand and are informed of every stage of the process. We can also advise in relation to any disputes involving Estates to include those raised by beneficiaries or children of the deceased or other interested parties.
